Accountability Sessions

When you start thinking about your marketing and the tools you have available, it can feel like a minefield. New 'toys' are coming to market almost on a daily basis and it can feel like wading through treacle. As your business gathers momentum and starts to grow, you may have set off with the best of intentions and initially you may be satisfied with the return on your investment both financial and from a time perspective. Over time however, things can become a little stagnant and a fresh pair of eyes is needed.

1st Meeting

We carry out a  full review of all your marketing portfolio including your branding,  website, social media, offline assets and strategy to get a complete insight into all your marketing activity. If you are still thinking about setting up a business we will have an informal chat to discuss your plans and aspirations

Next Step

We set out objectives and tasks for the following month based on the LION principle:

  • Last month - what went well etc

  • Issues - any problems you may have had

  • Opportunities - what can we look forward to next month

  • Next Month - what key things do you have going on

Follow up meeting

Throughout the month I review what you are doing and focus on the key areas we discussed whilst also being a point of contact if you require any help or guidance before we meet again.

We then meet to review the previous month and set objectives & tasks for the forthcoming month

Implementation

I recommend that we have a minimum of 3 of these sessions to gain some momentum and build working practices.

Fundamentally I am your virtual Marketing Manager and are there to support you along the way
